My Story

I fully expected to go through life as an IT professional… I became more aware of the benefits of soft tissue therapy through my own injuries. I started evening and weekend training in London in 2017 and became qualified to start trading mid 2018.

Since then I’ve grown to average 100 appointments a month while still working full time at ONS. My goal is to one day become a full time therapist, offering a high standard of options from Soft Tissue Therapy, ScarWork, Cupping, Dry Needling and Hot Stone treatments.

My approach has also been shaped by treating clients across the US, Greece and Mallorca, picking up different techniques and perspectives along the way.

It has been a real pleasure and a privilege to be able to treat and support each client.

Treatments & Benefits

Practical, results-focused therapy tailored to you

Sports / Soft Tissue Massage

Far more than a basic rub — this draws on advanced techniques including Neuromuscular Technique (trigger point therapy), post-isometric relaxation, reciprocal inhibition and myofascial release to get to the root of tension, not just the surface symptoms. Effective for muscle tension relief, injury rehabilitation, recovery enhancement and performance support, with every session adapted to how your body actually responds.

ScarWork Therapy

A specialised technique for surgical scars, burns and significant tissue trauma — distinct from the general scar tissue addressed through sports massage. Improves mobility, sensitivity and appearance around the scar.

Dry Needling

Fine, sterile needles target tight muscle bands and trigger points — similar to acupuncture, but specifically aimed at releasing stubborn tension and easing referred pain. Effective for persistent knots, sports injuries and tension headaches that haven't responded to massage alone.

Hot Stone Therapy

Deeply relaxing heat-infused massage to melt tension away

Myofascial Dry Cupping

Additional technique for fascial release and improved circulation
