COVID19 POLICY
Updated 2 March 2022
Now that restrictions have been lifted, most of what was found in the initial risk assessment will persist. However, face masks will only be enforced on a case by case basis.

A full explanation of what is being done to comply with government guidelines can be found here. This has been updated to show which procedures will persist and which will be relaxed. Below is a summary of what will persist.

Procedures for Clients

No more paper based forms:

All consultation forms will be completed online ahead of appointments

These will be emailed to clients ahead of their initial booking

A Covid19 client symptom check will be mailed to clients on the day of the appointment

Clients showing any Covid19 related symptoms must not attend their appointment. Should they need to cancel at short notice, this will not incur a penalty

Clients will be asked sanitise their hands upon arrival.

Clients who turn up early to appointments must wait in their vehicle until the start of their appointment. Early arrivals will not be admitted.

Client must leave coats / bags in car if possible (out of sight in boot).

Hygiene Standards

The following will be disinfected between appointments:

Massage Tools, Table, Cushions and Chairs

Massage room surfaces, door knobs, light switches, device screens and payment terminals

Front door bell
-
Toilet and sink area
-

Electronic air filtration will be in place throughout each session to minimise the spread of potentially harmful particles

Any towels used during treatments are changed between treatments

Couch roll is used to add a layer of protection between the client, the massage table and cushions
